Community Dock & Ramp: Dock open from sunrise to sunset. Use at your own risk. Children under 12 years of age must accompanied by an adult (21 years or older). Ramp is for launching small watercraft only (i.e. Canoes & Kayaks). Trailers are subject to getting stuck. No parking vehicles or trailers on the street or they may be towed. No running or horseplay allowed. Please be considerate of neighbors and guests.
Parking: Up to 8 Parking Spaces in the driveway, depending on vehicle size
Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details.

CHECK IN DAY DETAILS -
Your rental home allows you to check-in directly at the property. Check-in typically becomes available BETWEEN 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as your rental is ready for check in, we will send you a text message with all of your check-in instructions. Please understand that all homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue access details and you are not allowed to be at the property until you have received that text message.
PREPARING FOR YOUR VACATION -
All our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more! Our vacation homes do not supply consumable items for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, spices, cleaning products, etc.). Please plan accordingly for any items you may need during your stay.
You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. Water Pressure Notice: Please be aware that during popular rental dates, especially in the mornings and evenings, there may be temporary reductions in water pressure. This is a common occurrence across the island as many visitors are getting ready for the day or returning from the beach. We recommend planning showers and other water-related activities accordingly to avoid inconvenience.
Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge.
Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Any items left behind are subject to theft, removal by the town, or possibility of being washed away by the ocean.
Turtle Nesting Season: From May to October, Topsail Island is a nesting ground for sea turtles. Be mindful of marked nests, limit oceanside deck lights, and follow local guidelines to protect them.

Summary: Wonderful house. Loved that every bedroom had a balcony with beach or sound views. Gorgeous! Close to the beach and pool. Most things supplied. This house DOES supply bedding, towels, etc. we did not see anything about this and packed several suitcases we didn’t need. Rental company was super about responding to use while there. Definitely recommend it and our family would love to return!
